60 YEARS OF SHARED TRUST Apricots, plums, kiwis, peaches, apples, pears, tomatoes, citrus fruits, melons Precision - Softness - Silence - Simplicity - Reliability Our range’s original model, CALIGRAM is a linear grader that is configurable for 1 or 2 grading lines. It features an effective operational speed of 15 weighing cups per second per line – which makes it the market’s fastest weight grader. CALIGRAM offers a number of other advanced features, such as a good management of flows and the optimised processing of supernumerary fruits. It is the ideal grader for operators that have to treat very large quantities of fruit per day. CALIGRAM can be fitted with cups allowing it to process fruits from apricots to melons. Its linear design allows complete freedom in the implementation of outlets. Its modular design means that users remain able to adapt it to their changing requirements, and also to integrate it with any peripheral available on the market, thus ensuring the performance of such tasks as feeding/ conveying, emptying, brushing, washing, etc. According to models and to the type of cups fitted, and to the fruits being processed, line speeds can vary from 6 to 15 cups per second per line, with filling rates of up to 70 to 90%. To give just two examples, processing rates of up to 5 tonnes per hour of apricots or 30 tonnes per hour of melons can be reached. It is fitted with a tactile colour screen, which makes it very simple to manage “grammewise” the 12 grading ranges available, which can be allocated to the different outlet, but also its 100 different configurations, and its batch-management and automatic-taring options. Two other options are also available with CALIGRAM: colour grading and automatic feed management. CALIGRAM features state-of-the-art electronics, gathered in an interchangeable box – exclusive to CALIBREXI.
