RCBO RDX6LE-63 Residual current operated circuit breaker with over-current protection Application RDX6LE-63 Residual circuit breaker,be mainly applied to the circuit of AC50Hz(60Hz), rated working voltage 220V or 380V, rated current up to 63A to protect human against the electric leakage indirectly, and to prevent the fire result from the ground fault due to the damaged insulation of the equipment.And it also has the overload protection for the building circuit or other similar circuit. And it hase the powerful auxiliary function module, like auxiliary contact, alarm indication contact, shunt and underlvoltage release, remote release control. Struction and Feature 3.1 This production is the residual current operated electronic circuit breaker, consisted by two parts, RDX6 series circuit breaker and residual current operated components. 3.2 Circuit breaker Components: contact, shell, operation mechanism, electromagnetic syste, tripping mechanism, arc control device. Residual current component: zero-sequence transformer, electronic identification control circuit, electromagnetic tripping system, and tripping connecting rod. 3.3 Functional principle: when the electric leakage fault happening, zero-sequency transformer detects that the sum of current vector s is not zero, transformer output voltage,then makes electromagnetic system operating, and tripping connecting rod push breaker tripping within 0.1s for protection against electric leakage.
