1 .Application RDR67 series thermal relay(hereinafter refer to as relay),is mainly applied to circuit of AC50Hz or 60Hz, rated operate voltage up to 660V,rated impulse withstand voltage Uimp 6kV,current from 0.11A up to 800A, as circuit and motor protector against overload and phase-loss. Thermal relay has advantages of phase-loss protect,temperature compensation,set current adjustment,auto reset and manual select, move indicator signal,compact install area, multiplied install mode,and has the test button and stop button. It can take operate flexibility test. And it has antitouch protect shell for safety and lock device for anti-misoperate. Thermal relay from 0.11 A to 110A(RDR67-12,18,32,50,75,100) is bi-metal type thermal relay,from 60A to 800A(RDR67-170,300,500,800) is electronic type. This product conforms to standard of IEC60947-4-1.

Installation 1.Set current button 7.1 Thermal relay must be installed by expert. 7.2 Before install,please check Motor rated current whether is in the thermal relay set current range. 7.3 The connecting wire of thermal relay adopts Single core PVC insulated copper wire,copper cable and copper bar,Main circuit connect wire cross section see Table1. auxiliary circuit connect wire cross section less than 1mm², and the all connecting wire and connect terminal should contact well to avoid misoperate of heating because of contact resistance and phase unbalance. 7.4 Circuit diagram...
