RCCB RDL67-63 Residual current operated circuit breaker RDL67-63 series electromagnetic residual current operated circuit breaker, is mainly applied to the circuit of AC50Hz, rated working voltage 230V or 400V, rated current up to 63A for protecting human indiretly against electric leakage, and for preventing the fire result from the ground fault due to the damaged insulation of the equipment or circuit. RDL67 electromagnetic residual current operated circuit breaker's leakage protection preformance do not need the accessory power supply, and is not inflenced by the power grid voltage. The condensation that happened because of temperature changes should be taken care in special measurements 3.4 Class of pollution : 2 Class 3.6 The megnetic field of the installation place should not bigger than the earth magnetic field in any direction. 3.7 Installation method: TH35-7.5, distribution box or cabinet. 3.8 Installation: The angle between the vertical plane and installation plane no more than 5. 3.9 Installation condition: the installation location should have no heavy impact and vibration, and in the medium that no danger (explosion). 3.10 Installation type : 2 ,3 Class ► Struction and Working principle This series residual current operated circuit breaker is consisted by Main switch, zero-sequence current transefomer,leakage tripping, testing devices in a plastic case. When the electric leakage and electric shock happening, only the residual current or current leakage reached to the rated residual operated current, the zero-sequence current transformer outputed the signal to drive the leakage tripping operating, then it stops the power to provide the electric leakage and shock protection.
