Oleodynamic Pushing Unit (Titano Series)

The Titano oleodynamic pushing unit is a hydraulic system designed for high-pressure applications up to 700 atm. It features a two-stage pump powered by different motor types depending on the model: a 3 HP three-phase electric motor (220/380 V) with reversing switch for the Titano/E version, a 5 HP combustion engine with automatic regulator for the Titano/SC version, or a 3.5 HP pneumatic motor for the Titano/PN version.

The unit includes essential components such as an oil suction filter, overpressure valve, three-way valve, two four-way valves for double-acting cylinders with integrated oil filters and safety valves, two shock-absorbing pressure gauges with maximum pressure indicators, an elastic coupling for motor-pump connection, oil filling plug with level rod and air filter. The system is mounted on a 25-liter oil tank with rubber wheels, towing handlebar, folding handles, protective cover with handle and pipe holders, and comes with four 10-meter high-pressure flexible hoses with quick couplings.

Two specially treated steel jacks with chromed rods, quick couplings, safety valves, and limit switches are included, each capable of delivering a pushing force of 160 tons.

Splitting Cushions (Cuscini Divaricatori)

These splitting cushions are made from polyester fabric coated with PVC and sealed by high-frequency welding. They are modular, insertable in 9 mm increments, and come with special protective sheets. The cushions can be inflated up to a maximum pressure of 3 atm and achieve a maximum separation of 45 cm at the tip.

The system includes an inflation unit capable of simultaneously operating up to three cushions. Key advantages include minimal weight (8 kg), thin profile (2 mm thickness), compatibility with diamond or helicoidal saw cuts, a thrust capacity exceeding 300 tons, operation with water at only 30 bar pressure, rapid couplings, no maintenance requirements, and disposability after use.

Hydraulic Splitting Wedge (Hydrosplit HS Series)

The Hydrosplit is a special double-acting hydraulic cylinder that drives a wedge mounted on the piston rod. The wedge is inserted between lateral fins inside a drilled hole, exerting high pressure on the hole walls to fracture the material.

The hydraulic oil is pressurized by a pump driven by a pneumatic, electric, or combustion motor and delivered through flexible hoses. This system is widely used in demolition and crushing of stone materials and reinforced concrete structures. By drilling multiple aligned holes and operating several wedges simultaneously, precise material splitting according to a predetermined plan is achieved.
