The electric motor is a 6-pole, 25 HP unit equipped with an automatic star-delta starter. It is directly connected to a 60 cm diameter aluminum flywheel. The motor-flywheel assembly includes two adjustable 30 cm diameter wire guide-wheels. A manually operated reducer allows for 360° rotation of the flywheel to perform two cuts.
The power system and electronic controls for automatic wire tension adjustment are housed in a watertight (IP65) switchboard. The control panel is lightweight and portable, featuring a 15-meter connecting cable to enable the operator to maintain a safe distance.
The machine includes two robust 2.5-meter tracks with a central rack and self-centering coupling. A ramp is provided to position the machine on the tracks without lifting equipment.
This version is equipped with an inverter located inside the machine, which is adequately ventilated. It allows for variable wire speed from 0 to 40 m/sec, making the machine suitable for cutting any type of material.
