Instructions:

Surface Preparation: Clean and degrease new steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum. For concrete, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from pollutants. Painted surfaces should be scraped or brushed, with abrasive blasting recommended for improved performance.
Application: Mix components carefully, maintaining a minimum temperature of 10°C. Induction time is 20 minutes, with a pot life varying by temperature. Apply using airless spray, air spray, brush, or roller with specified thinner and dilution rates.

Curing Time: Varies with temperature, with touch dry times ranging from 40 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, and hard dry times from 3 to 6 hours.

Compatibility: Compatible with itself and other specific coatings. EPODUX 291 is not recommended as a subsequent coat.

Regulatory Specifications: Complies with AFNOR NFT 36 005 and EU VOC regulations, with a maximum VOC content of 500 g/l.

Health and Safety: Flash point between 23°C and 55°C. Refer to safety data sheet for transport and handling precautions. Shelf life is 2 years in original packaging.

Packaging: Available in kits of 1L, 4L, and 15L with specified base and hardener volumes.

However, if traces of oxides are present, remove them by any suitable mechanical means (scraping / brushing or sweep blasting).
