Surface Preparation
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dirt. Remove peeling paints and sand or wash surfaces in good condition. Perform a cross-cut test for compatibility. Avoid application on resin or sap-exuding surfaces. Prime woods prone to tannin migration and prepare metal surfaces with FERROSOTER PRIMAIRE.

- Unpainted exterior wood with tannin risk: 1 coat of IKARPRIM
- Previously painted surfaces: Interior: 1-2 coats of AQUAPORE diluted to 5%, Exterior: 2 coats of AQUAPORE diluted to 5%

AQUAPORE Microporous acrylic paint for interior and exterior wood joinery SURFACE PREPARATION As stated by DTU 59.1, all surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dirt. Previous peeling paints must be removed. Previously painted surfaces in good condition must be sanded or washed with an appropriate cleaner and then rinsed well.
