CNC Programmability: The system allows for simple point-and-click creation of inspection routines, including stage locations (X, Y, Z), X-ray tube and detector settings, video settings, and user-adjustable dwell time. It features an anti-collision system to maximize magnification during oblique angle viewing.

Technical Specifications: The X-ray tube is a closed type with a voltage of 90kV and a current of 0.12mA. It has a focal spot size of 5 microns and uses forced air cooling. The system offers geometric magnification of 25x and system magnification of 250x. The digital flat panel image detector measures 50mm x 50mm with a resolution of 1024 x 1024 and a speed of 1.2 FPS.

Cabinet Dimensions: The cabinet measures 1100mm(L) x 1100mm(W) x 1400mm(H) and includes a sample table size of 400 x 500mm with a 70-degree tilt. The sample table movement is X Axis - 460mm, Y Axis - 310mm, Z Axis - 240mm. The system weighs approximately 800 kg and is constructed with lead-steel welded construction.

Power and Computer: The system features automatic switching power supply (AC110-230VAC, 50/60Hz) and operates on Windows XP with a 17” LCD display.
