ARTIFICIAL LIFT SYSTEM PUMP / BOTTOMHOLE ASSEMBLY The PCM Insert System is usually used to reduce OPEX with a PCP when heavy work over rig operation is an issue. PCM Insert System requires only a light work over conducted by a reduced service screw. I FEATURES Insert System is composed of 2 main parts: • Pump Seating Nipple (PSN) installed on the tubing string; • Insert Nipple, a part of the PCP string assembly conveyed with the rod string through the tubing and latched to the PSN. The PCP string assembly is composed of a rotor, a polished rod, a centralizer, a Pump Seating Nipple and a stator c/w integrated and perforated pup joint.
