Conductive Level Sensor CLS100-1

Data sheet Date Page CONDUCTIVE LEVEL SENSOR CLS100 TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Electrodes Isolation: Teflon (PTFE) Material: Stainless steel Standard length: 40cm (or as per request) Diameter: ø4mm Housing Material Top: Aluminium (or as per request) Sensing element: Stainless steel Connection: Screw terminals Environment Degree of protection: IP54 Operating temperature: 0º to + 120ºC Storage temperature: -25º to +130ºC Pressure: 149 bar at 120ºC HOW TO ORDER Please specify: model, housing material, number of electrodes, options if any Example : CLS100, Aluminium, two electrodes Food and beverage use 2 Teflon isolated electrodes For welding in a container Screw connection DESCRIPTION The CLS100 is Conductive Level Sensor for measuring the level in conductive liquid. The function required is determined by the amplifier relay used. The sensors are delivered with standard length electrodes. These can be cut off to suit the application. MODE OF OPERATION The length of the electrodes determines the levels which will be detected and the amplifier chosen determines the function. If the container is made of a conductive material this can be used as a common electrode. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ PCI (Process System Solutions) Ltd, Unit 7 Slaidburn Crescent, Southport, Merseyside, PR9 9YF, UK, Tel: +44 (0) 1704 509090, Fax: +44 (0) 1704 509091, email: [email protected], Website: www.pci-instruments.com (Specifications are subject to change with
