THE VIBRATION MONITORING SPECIALISTS Permanent vibration monitor Our range of 1-channel vibration monitors PCH 1270/1275 offer easy mounting and use. Accelerometer, electronics and alarm relays are all combined in one housing. Features 4-20 mA output, adjustable alarm levels and complies to ISO 13849 as a protection device for machine protection in Product Level d (PL-d). Redundant vibration monitor according to ISO 13849 For machine protection according to ISO 13849, PL-d, Cat 3, PCH 1290 is a compact monitor with dual 4-20 mA, alarm relays and electronics. Easy mounting and one single installation cable makes this a perfect choise for permanent vibration monitoring of safety related monitoring tasks. 1-Ch Enhanced roller bearing and vibration monitoring Defective roller bearings are often the cause for machine failures. PCH 1073 combines vibration monitoring with roller bearing condition monitoring, using 1 single accelerometer. The vibration monitor includes 4-20 mA output, alarm relays and PC connection for offline FFT analysis and raw data recording (time waveform). A LED display shows the actual vibration level and status. Prepared for DIN rail or delivered in IP67 aluminium enclosure.
