Redundant vibration monitor according to ISO 13849 For machine protection according to ISO 13849, PL-d, Cat 3, PCH 1290 is a compact monitor with dual 4-20 mA, alarm relays and electronics. Easy mounting and one single installation cable makes this a perfect choise for permanent vibration monitoring of safety related monitoring tasks. 1-Ch Enhanced roller bearing and vibration monitoring Defective roller bearings are often the cause for machine failures. PCH 1073 combines vibration monitoring with roller bearing condition monitoring, using 1 single accelerometer. The vibration monitor includes 4-20 mA output, alarm relays and PC connection for offline FFT analysis and raw data recording (time waveform). A LED display shows the actual vibration level and status. Prepared for DIN rail or delivered in IP67 aluminium enclosure. The vibration monitoring specialists Since 1990 PCH Engineering has produced and developed vibration monitoring equipment for machine protection. 4-Ch Vibration, bearing and process monitoring PCH 1420 offers 4 simultaneously running input channels for vibration monitoring incl. roller bearing condition monitoring as well as 2 process inputs. The vibration monitor includes 4 configurable outputs for 4-20 mA or alarm relay drivers and an isolated system failure relay according to ISO 13849. Of- fline FFT analyses and remote IP67 enclosure with dial-up modem monitoring is possible through PC connection. Using PCH EtherBridge as Datalogger trend data, alarms and time waveform signals can be stored locally, without the use of PC. Both Eddy Current probes, IEPE and 3-wire API678 accelerometers are supported.
