Thanks to the customized die, there are many different shapes of ravioli. Technological applications and a special attention to the details make this machine easy to use and clean. MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES:        Double sheet calibrating unit with independent motorisation; the calibrating thickness and sheet speed are adjustable. Automatic regulation of the maximum production capacity with integrated system calibrator/die group. “Place and work” system for both an easy die alignment and phasing of the die group with the filling injection system. Structure and die unit entirely realized in stainless steel. The surfaces in contact with the product are in stainless steel or certified food grade plastic. The machine is fully wash-down. Quick change-over of the die. It is provided with control panel with touch screen for visualize and modify the production parameters and the recipe.
