COMBINED KNEADING MACHINE MA-SA The combined mixer-sheeter type SA prepares the dough and produces a fresh laminated pasta sheet, 7-8 mm thickness. Together with a single sheet forming machine, it forms a fresh filled pasta forming group suitable to work in automatic continuous line, with minimum intervention from the operator having the task to supervise the process. With a linear cooker, it produces pre-cooked pasta sheets for lasagne or cannelloni. MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES: • Heavy-duty and space-saving machine. The ingredients dosing devices, kneading group and laminating group are projected to reduce to a minimum their dimensions. • Volumetric system for the automatic dosing of the raw material (flour and/or semolina) to the mixer, according to the recipe. • Easy access to the inner laminating group of the sheeter for cleaning and inspection. • The combined action of the kneading rollers with the smooth rollers gives elasticity and consistency to the pasta sheet. • The laminating speed adjustement is done thorugh epicyloidal gearbox with inverter. • Machine entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304 and fully wash-down with high-pressure water jet and detergent. • The electrical control board with push-buttons operator panel is available on demand with HMI.
