CAPPELLETTI MACHINE MOD. FA The forming machine mod. FA is suitable to produce pinched products such as cappelletti, tortelloni, saccottini and single sheet ravioli in an automatic continuous line. It is heavy-duty and user-friendly: the die change is quick and safe, reducing the inactivity intervals and keeping constant the production capacity. The machine is fully wash-down with high pressure water and detergent. MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES:  The structure as well as the die unit are entirely made in stainless steel, all the surfaces in contact with the product are in stainless steel or certified food grade plastic; Die unit separated from the movement transmission group, to guarantee the maximum hygiene during the forming process; Exclusive system of PTG for the die positioning - automatic phase adjustment - die blocking on the machine structure. The die change is quick, easy and safe, without tools; Calibrating unit with double couple of rollers with independent motor; Control panel with touch screen to visualize and modify the recipes, the production parameters of both the machine and the accessories unit (filling pump and cutting system); The machine is complete with lifting arm to move the die group during the maintenance and cleaning operations, and with trolley to transport the die to the cleaning zone in a safe way. .
