CALIBRATOR RA-2 The calibrator mod. RA-2 produces a high-quality cold laminated sheet characterized by elasticity, low temperature and homogeneous color. It is completely designed in stainless steel for cleaning purposes. MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES: • Micrometic adjustment of the output sheet thickness. • The support and movement transmission mechanisms are separated from the lamination sheet unit to guarantee the maximum hygiene level. • The calibration speed is controlled by an indipendent motor for the two couples of rollers with VSD. • It is suitable to work with the forming machines mod. FA/FAD, or in the stand-alone version. • It is provided with safety magnetic switches and optical sensor to adjust the sheet speed. • An inner guide belt conveys the sheet between the rollers, controlled by loop-control. • The lubricating points are placed outside the protection carter, in an easy-access position. • Fully wash-down with high-pressure water and detergent.
