AUTOMATIC DOUGH SHEETER SA The automatic sheeter type SA kneads the dough, previously prepared by a continuous mixer, and produces a fresh laminated pasta sheet, 7-8 mm thickness. Together with a single sheet forming machine, it forms a fresh filled pasta forming group suitable to work in automatic continuous line, with minimum intervention from the operator having the task to supervise the process. MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES:  Great results in terms of quality and sheet uniformity thanks to the combined actions of kneading and laminating rolls that reduces the pasta thermal stress.  Provided with VSD Variable Speed Device to manage different production speed.  The double-shoulder frame keeps separated gears wheels, bearings and drives from the dough processing area, to guarantee the maximum hygiene during the production process, avoiding external contaminations. A gear drives kneading and laminating rollers with epicycloidal movement. Easy access to the inner part of the machine for cleaning and inspection. Provided with magnetic safety interlocks and loop-control proximity sensor. Machine entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304 and fully wash-down with high-pressure water jet and detergent. The lubricating points are placed outside the protection carter, in an easy-access position; The electrical control board with push-button panel is installed on the machine.
