AUTOMATIC CONTINUOUS PRESS PACV The extruder is used for a continuous automatic industrial production of pasta as short-cut pasta, long-cut pasta, pasta sheet. The production capacity goes from 150 up to 1.500 kg/h according to the production needs. MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES: • Volumetric dosing unit for the semolina feeding, according to the recipe. • Dough water system with temperature control sensor and flow adjustment probe. • Fast mixer to pre-mix the ingredients for the complete imbibition of the water and semolina dough. • Vacuum system with accessories to create the vacuum in the mixing tank. • Special-shaped mixing tank with shaft, realized to avoid dead points. The dough level can be adjusted through the PLC. • Compression screw made of polished martensitic stainless steel, with interchangeable three-flighted tip. Screw speed adjustment through VSD. • Vertical head group in stainless steel, separated from the screw body and provided with an external jacket for the conditioning fluid circulation. • Control board at the machine edge to control the extruder in manual mode.
