These adjustable check valves are designed for compressed air applications in severe environments, such as textile machines, printing machines, food processing, and machine tools. They are made from nickel-plated brass, offering excellent resistance to abrasion and corrosion, and are compatible with industrial food applications, conforming to FDA and 1935/2004 standards.
- Non-Return Valve Function: Allows air to pass in one direction while blocking flow in the opposite direction. Can be mounted upstream of the circuit.
- Optimized Inventory Management: Integrated function for opening pressure adjustment reduces the number of parts stocked.
- Equipment Protection: Maintains pressure in the system to protect equipment from damage in case of pressure loss.
- Safety Feature: Uses two different sizes of Allen keys to prevent unwanted adjustments.

- Materials: Adjustment nut and locking nut made of brass, body and check valve of chemical nickel-plated brass, spring of stainless steel, ball seals of NBR, and seals of FKM.
- Cracking Pressure: Adjustable from 0.10 to 1 bar with 0 to 4 turns.
- Turn the locking nut with an Allen key.
- Adjust the cracking pressure by turning the setting nut with a smaller Allen key.
- Lock the cracking pressure setting with the locking nut and control the pressure with a downstream pressure gauge.
- Complies with FDA standards and 1935/2004 regulation for food contact.
- Minimum flow outside the product must be ≥ 0.02 liters per hour.
- Dimensions and configurations available for various thread sizes (M5x0.8, G1/8, G1/4, G3/8, G1/2).
