Product Overview: The Fulflo® EcoBond™ Filter Cartridges are designed for high-purity filtration at a low cost. These cartridges are made from a graded density matrix of uniform polypropylene fibers, ensuring consistent filtration across various applications such as photographic chemicals, DI water, plating solutions, and more. They are available in nominal ratings of 1μm, 5μm, 10μm, 25μm, and 50μm.

Benefits: The cartridges feature a thermally bonded melt-blown fiber matrix for stable construction, preventing media migration and ensuring consistent quality. They are finish-free, eliminating foaming conditions, and have superior inter-layer bonding to prevent contaminant unloading. The cartridges are made from FDA-grade polypropylene, certified to ANSI/NSF61 standards for drinking water contact, and are compatible with a wide range of chemicals.

Specifications: The filter medium is 100% melt-blown polypropylene, with optional polyolefin copolymer end caps/adapters. The maximum recommended operating conditions include a temperature of 80°F (27°C) at 40psid (2.7bar) and 140°F (60°C) at 20psid (1.4bar). The recommended maximum change-out differential pressure is 30psi (2.1bar). Dimensions are 1 1⁄16 in ID x 2 7⁄16 in OD, available in lengths of 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 inches.
