Product Overview
The Fluoroflow® filter cartridge is designed for aggressive wet etch and clean applications, offering good flow rates and longevity at an economical cost. Its all-fluoropolymer construction ensures excellent chemical resistance up to 150°C. It is available in ozone DI flushed and dried or wet-packed forms for quick installation.

Typical water flow rates per 10" (250mm) cartridge equivalent are provided for various micron ratings, ranging from 0.9 gpm/psid for 0.05 micron to 6.7 gpm/psid for 1.0 micron.
