^paramount I WASTE AND DUST EXTRACTION The Paramount Rotary Valve is a robust unit designed to deliver large quantities of waste into a baler or compactor via a air sealed rotating hopper. By fitting a large capacity Rotary Valve, the Airscreen becomes completely insensitive to any variation in system pressure. Special low-friction seals fitted to each of the valve’s rotor blades provides the durable seal. This means that multiple conveying lines can feed one Airscreen or filter system and can be added too without affecting the Airscreen’s performance. A further benefit is that the compactor or baler feed hopper is sealed from the high-pressure environment of the conveying system. This ensures ideal operating conditions for this equipment and minimises unnecessary wear and maintenance downtime. Paramount Rotary Valves are powered by high quality, direct drive motor assemblies with integral torque limiters, high load carrying capacity, quiet running, with reliability and an increased efficiency from EF3 rated motors fitted as standard.
