^paramount I WASTE AND DUST EXTRACTION High performance rubber seals on the blades of the paddle assembly constantly scour a cylindrical, heavy duty perforated screen, cleaning it of waste and allowing the conveying air to pass through the screen with minimal pressure drop. The rubber seals form an airtight compartment in the lower section of the separator so the rotating paddle assembly discharges the waste to a baler or compactor below without releasing air pressure to disturb the waste as it falls. Fabricated from 3mm thick steel the design ensures the unit is strong enough to handle the toughest loads. A high performance motor and gearbox assembly drives the paddle and ensures a trouble free, long life assembly that can handle heavy loads. The motor and gearbox assembly is mounted on shock absorbing rubber bobbins for smooth operation and is fitted with an integral motor cut out switch to protect it from damage. • The small size enables it to be used where height availability is an issue. • A wider variety of difficult wastes can be successfully handled including light weight waste such as tissue, plastic sheet, metal foil and products charged with static. • Multiple feed lines can be switched on and off without the system going out of balance. ©Paramount Waste Extraction Ltd.
