I WASTE AND DUST EXTRACTION Paramount CA Reverse Jet Filters have been developed specifically to provide high quality air cleaning for true nonstop operations. Handling large volumes of air contaminated with fibrous and fine dusts these units can be used for a wide variety of applications where efficient, reliable cleaning is essential. Many transferred materials generate a static electrical charge which can be transferred to the separated dust causing premature filter blinding and reducing the dust release efficiency. It is for this reason we fit Epitropic Anti-Static media as standard. Other filter media types are available to suit oil coated dusts, plastics, minerals and many others. A sample of your dust can be used to identify the most suitable filter media composition. Paramount filters use the latest Turbo TD Pulse Valves, utilising the most up to date technology to provide quiet operation, the minimum number of moving parts To reduce compressed air usage and costs, filter efficiency is constantly monitored ensuring filter media cleaning, via a pulse jet, only takes place when needed rather than being timer based. In the lower part of the unit dust funnels down and collects in a metal bin or heavy-duty plastic sack. A butterfly valve helps prevent build ups and blockages and allows for the sack or bin removal whilst the plant is still in operation. Briquetters and other equipment can be mounted under the hopper to transform or transfer the collected dust. The Paramount designs allow for the filter inlet and outlet to be orientated to suit any customer site restrictions. In line with ATEX and CE requirements and regulations all filter units are fitted with explosion relief panels to safely vent any explosion to atmosphere. Traditionally these panels face outwards creating a no-go zone for personnel, the Paramount design angles these upwards allowing for full use of the area around the filter.
