The Paramount Mini-Systems are for the cost conscious, growing print finisher and larger sites where critical production machines cannot be off-line due to waste extraction system failure. Paramount created the standard Mini-System as a cost effective solution for the small printer, print finisher or as an emergency stand-in. Designed to service a single 3-knife trimmer or similar, the Mini-System utilises a blower to induce an airflow in the machine pick-up which then conveys the waste to a simple separator / dissipator positioned above the client’s waste cage or bin. Following the success of the first mini systems, Paramount have designed and developed a number of small, flexible and sometimes mobile units for various circumstances. The Venturi Mini-System provides a cost effective solution for the collection of continuous trim applications or where the waste connection onto the production machine is in the form of a spigot. The unit incorporates a twin walled acoustically lined fan and duct attenuators for quiet operation. The Mobile Venturi Mini-System is completely self contained and only requires a 3 phase socket and waste bin.
