| WASTE AND DUST EXTRACTION The Airveyor provides clean, efficient and maintenance free conveying for large volumes of waste materials including paper, corrugated and solid board. Paramount Airveyors have no moving parts to maintain, no belts to jam or rollers to seize, no fiddly tracking adjustments and no waste traps underneath to make cleaning difficult. A totally safe solution requiring no special access prevention devices. High efficiency centrifugal fans deliver air to the Airveyor bed below the air-track to ensure even distribution of the air cushion throughout the entire length of the Airveyor. Modular construction enables the flexible design to be installed under any converting type machine and comes in two models. Paramount ST (Standard) Airveyors are designed for applications with restricted space under a range of machines including Printer/ Slotters and Die Cut/Creasing machines, particularly where the machine is already installed. Designed to fit into trench, replacing, or as an alternative to a conveyor, RA Airveyors can serve a single production machine or extend across the largest of converting areas to quickly take waste from entire plant. The air from the air track is not discharged to the working area, but is recycled back to the fans for re-use. In this way the unit operates as a closed system, with the conveying air and any dust particles being contained within the conveyor track, minimising dust emissions. Mounted on wheels with a quick release or retractable connections to the waste extraction system the unit can be wheeled clear from under the machine for maintenance or setting up. A fan, attached via a flexible ducting, provides the lift in the unit for the conveying air to remove the waste at high speed. • Safe to walk on to access production machine even when operating. • Flexibility to locate fans remotely. • Except for the fan the unit has no moving parts and requires no maintenance. • Waste is collected and transported into the extraction system unable to fall off and require clearing.
