We designed the Microcut X-12Plus to be the most powerful and advanced retrofit system available in the industry, offering a large 12” color touch screen display and automatic cutter programming with Microcip our advanced CIP®/JDF converting software. The Microcut X-12Plus is designed to fit on any size cutter. The X-12Plus quickly and efficiently moves the backguage into correct position more accurately than skilled manual operation. A full 12” color touch screen display guides the operator with all operations presented in an intuitive, easyto-understand format. Set up is fast and simple, with no complicated codes to memorize. The system frees the operator from the wasted time and risk of error associated with repetitive data entry. Its ability to automatically program a job while cutting the first lift turns setup time into production time, making automation effective for even two and three lift jobs. The entry and review of programs is quick and easy. Fractions, corrections, additions, or deletions can be easily entered through the keyboard. Non volatile memory insures data is never lost. Featuring Image View The features of the Microcut X-12Plus The Microcut X-12Plus has our powerful microcip® software that allows for CIP®/JDF compatibility with Image View. Our new Image View feature converts .jdf files that contain cut-block information in seconds to automatically program the cutter. If the file includes a corresponding .pdf, .jpeg, or .png image, you will be able to see the image as it is laid out and how it will be cut down.
