The ST spray marker ensures precise marking of dots or lines using pneumatic or magnetic valves. Its unique spray head design prevents ink from drying in the nozzle, eliminating clogging issues. The ink tanks maintain consistent ink flow, with an optional agitator to prevent pigment settling.

The ST can apply various fluids with different viscosities, including inks, paints, lacquers, resins, and more. It is suitable for marking on surfaces that are oily, greasy, damp, absorbent, hot, or dirty. The compact spray head can be integrated into any production process, and adjustments for dot size and color saturation are straightforward.

Models

System Configuration
The system includes a spray head, material tank, 3/2 way solenoid valve, service unit, and tubing. The spray head is made from stainless steel, aluminum, or nickel-plated brass. Material tanks are available in different capacities, with optional agitators and silica gel filters for sensitive environments. The system can be controlled electrically or pneumatically, and an optional flushing device ensures the system remains operational with fast-drying inks or during idle periods.
