The product line includes both manual and pneumatic units for benchtop and inline applications, ensuring safe and controlled marking.

Specifications and Features

• Manual Benchtop Presses: These are economical solutions for low-volume applications, featuring pre-clamping action, consistent mark depth, and a range of accessories. Models include MB-15, MB-20, and MB-32, with varying marking force ranges and dimensions.
• Pneumatic Benchtop Presses: Suitable for high-volume applications, these presses offer increased speed and safety with dual palm buttons. Models include MB-19, MB-21, and MB-35, each requiring specific air pressure and offering different force ranges.
• Pneumatic Fixed Mount Presses: Ideal for inline marking, these presses can be mounted in any direction and are actuated by solenoid valves or dual palm buttons. Models include MB-19VP, MB-21VP, and MB-35VP.

Accessories

• Type Holders & Type: Available in various sizes, these holders allow for stamping multiple characters simultaneously. Custom options are available.
• Numbering Heads: These are used for frequently changing numbers or sequential serial numbers, available in manual and automatic models.
• Security Features: Dual Palm Security Buttons ensure operator safety by requiring simultaneous depression to actuate the press.

Additional Information
For optimal performance, a filter/regulator/lubricator is recommended for pneumatic presses. Additional accessories such as tables, carts, and part holding fixtures are also available.
