The MarkFirst line of dot peen marking systems offers a new level of ease and flexibility for marking parts and nameplates. The systems can be used for inline, benchtop, and portable marking applications, and are programmed with the MarkFirst AC500 controller – a revolutionary control for dot peen marking. The AC500 features a 7” color touchscreen display and Linuxbased software that is reliable and versatile. It can be used with all three sizes of MarkFirst marking heads, and it can also be used to program marking systems made by other manufacturers. This makes it easy to create and manage marking patterns on multiple systems throughout your facility. The software installed in the AC500 can also be run on a PC. Operate a marking system directly from your computer or use it to manage the marking patterns – create patterns at your desk and upload to one or more controllers. The AC500 offers broad connectivity with the standard serial, I/O, Ethernet, and USB ports. Easily connect to a wide variety of devices such as a PC or host computer, start/stop control, PLC, bar code scanner, and more.
