TAWERS Double Wire Feeder The TAWERS-WG Arc Welding System with integrated 350A inverter pulse power source can further increase your productivity at MAG process. TAWERS achieves this increase by the use of the Double Wire Feeder. The customer got the possibility to weld with: • two different wire diameters, • two different materials, • two different inert gases or • two different welding methods MIG/MAG By using a tool changing station changeover time will be minimized. Advantages of TAWERS Double Wire Feeder: • Flexibility during production: The user got the possibility to produce with two different materials or two different wire diameters. Increase in production by short changeover times: The further utilization of a tool changing station will reduce the changeover time to only a few seconds that significantly increase your productivity. Optional use of two different inert gases: By using mix gas and 100% CO2 gas the user obtain an additional saving potential.
