Method of Operation The Ultra-granulator, type PANTHER size reduces all cuttable material to a particle size smaller than 4 mm or if necessary coarser. Material is normally fed by means of a conveyor belt or vibratory feeder across the entire width of the machine. A real slant cut, reduces the energy required to a minimum during size reduction. Massive, angled rotor knives work with a very close tolerance cutting gap against opposing slanted counter knives.
