The entire concept of film cleaning consists of the 3 steps: Raw material preparation (i.e. size reduction and storing) washing module (cleaning and drying) as well as fi- nishing (compacting and bagging). All process components are optimally coordinated. The precut PE-film or PET-bottles are, mixed with water as a carrier medium, fed into the HydroFiner™ .The sticky labels made of cellulose are rubbed off between the stati- onary and rotating refiner disc and can be separated.
