The tank can be pressurized with nitrogen, offering flexibility for various container formats such as drums, jerrycans, bottles, and pails. The system has a small footprint and offers several layout configurations with customized cleaning programs. The "Clean & Play"® system is optional, providing consistently accurate torque values and allowing for uninterrupted production with fast changeovers and traceability. It checks for cap presence and correct positioning.
The system supports various cap types, including screw caps, flexspouts, push-on caps, lids, bungs, and tab-seals.
Nitrogen purging is available as an option to protect the product after filling and prevent container collapse.
The "Click & Play"® system allows for quick tooling changeovers without the need for tools, using dedicated color tooling for specific containers.
