Applications: The ANTEK 9000NS Series Analyzers are designed for the analysis of sulfur and nitrogen in various substances including diesel, gasoline, kerosene, LPG, naphtha, natural gas, water, fuel oil, polyolefins, and other gases, solids, and liquids.
Methods: The analyzers comply with several ASTM standards such as ASTM D4629, D5176, D5453, D5762, D6069, and D6667, as well as DIN 38409 and EN 20846.
Advantages: The technology offers fast and precise measurements with sensitivity from low ppb to percent levels. It is superior to wet chemistry and other instrumental methods, does not require hazardous catalysts or reagents, and eliminates the need for protective clothing or fume hoods.
Total Sulfur Analysis: Utilizes Pyro-fluorescent™ technology for fast, accurate quantitation from low ppb to 40% within minutes, offering a stable and interference-free method.
Total Nitrogen Analysis: Employs Pyro-chemiluminescent™ technology for accurate nitrogen determinations from low ppb to 17%, with results available in one minute for gases and liquids, and up to fifteen minutes for solids.
Product Specifications: The 9000N
Nitrogen Analyzer and 9000S
Sulfur Analyzer use pyro-chemiluminescence and pyro-fluorescence detection methods, respectively. They offer precision of ±40 ppb or ±2% RSD, with typical analysis times of less than one minute for gases/liquids and 2-15 minutes for solids.
Ordering Specifications: The analyzers come with necessary accessories such as a pyrolysis tube, syringe, operation/service manual, and comply with relevant ASTM standards. They are available in models for sulfur, nitrogen, or combined analysis.
Additional Features: The analyzers include a temperature programmable inlet for solid and viscous liquid analysis, a multi-matrix sampler for solids and liquids, a robotic liquid autosampler, a controlled rate sample drive, and a gas/liquefied gas sampling inlet system.
