Door Processing Machine (4 axes) GARNET PORTA is a 4-axis door processing machine. It is designed to perform operations such as hinge placement, lock cylinder, handle placement, slot opening, etc. on a completed door. It automatically selects its tool from the standard 4-piece tool magazine. It performs the operations with the servo-controlled 5.6 kW HITECO motor on it. It can process the top, bottom, and front surfaces of the profile with a single motor. The processable door dimensions are up to 3600 mm in length, 1400 mm in width, 150 mm in height, and 200 mm in surface width. By focusing on providing convenient solutions for customers, and combining power and precision, GARNET PORTA lets the processing capacity be only limited by the users imagination, thanks to the 5.6 kW spindle motor with automatic tool replacement feature.
