What is PSA?
Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) is a method used by gas generators with two columns filled with molecular sieve. It traps unwanted molecules, allowing only treated, dry, oil, and dust-free compressed air to pass. The columns alternate roles for continuous operation without chemical additives.

Product Range
Oxygen Generators: Capacity ranges from 0.6 Nm3/h to 500 Nm3/h with 90% to 95% purity and a standard outlet pressure of 4 barG.
Nitrogen Generators: Capacity ranges from 1.3 Nm3/h to 5000 Nm3/h with 95% to 99.999% purity and a standard outlet pressure of 5 barG.

WHAT IS PSA? PSA stands for Pressure Swing Adsorbtion • Gas generator has two columns filled with molecular sieve (CMS or Zeolite) • Unwanted molecules are being trapped while the product gas pass through the buffer tank • Only treated dry, oil & dust-free compressed air must be used • One column is active while the other completely regenerates • Columns switch roles at the end of each cycle • No chemical additives needed!
