PMI-MASTER Compact Cost-effective, rugged and precise mobile metal analyser Immediately ready for action! Routine analysis at entry level The PMI-MASTER Compact is a robust, mobile spectrometer for the precise analysis of the common alloys made of steel, aluminium, copper and nickel. Based on the true leader for mobile metal analysers, Oxford Instruments’ long-established and wellproven PMI-MASTER PRO, the PMI-MASTER Compact is the cost-effective choice for routine analysis work including rapid material verification, PMI and sorting of different metals. Easy and fast testing Measurements are performed using an easy-to-handle probe – simply hold the probe to the sample, pull the trigger and read the result. The alloy grade and the chemical composition appear within seconds on the integrated touch-screen display. Depending on the application, different operation modes offer complete analysis and grade identification. The metal grade is identified automatically when performing tests and any exceedings of limits will be indicated.
