STAMPING-FORMING MACHINE A compact machine with plenty of possibilities More power and machining freedom. These are the RM 40P strengths. The machine presents users with new manufacturing possibilities – from simple precision components from wire and strip to complete assemblies. High-strength steels can also be machined precisely and efficiently. For this purpose, Bihler has improved the press stiffness which in turn enables the use of high-performance carbide tipped tools. Furthermore the press is mounted on a separate module. This creates more space on the work plate for additional processes such as forming, welding, threading, screw insertion, etc., and makes tools more easily accessible. Equipped with state-of-the-art control technology the RM 40P guarantees highest machine availability and manufacturing reliability.
