This is made possible by the RM 40K’s compatibility with the tools of the RM 35, RM 40 and RM 40E, optimized work processes and the new user friendly Bihler control system VariControl VC1-E. The machine’s open and easily accessible layout allows all Bihler key technologies such as welding, tapping, bolting, assembly and many more to be integrated easily and efficiently into your manufacturing concept. The larger center aperture in the work-plate for more flexible central mandrel movements also affords additional integration possibilities from the rear of the machine. Tool and cam conversion times are significantly reduced thanks to innovative Bihler rapid-exchange systems.
