The new Bihler GRM 80P punching and bending machine now provides significantly more free space on the work plate as a result of the clear spatial separation of punching and bending operations. In this way, additional Bihler key technologies can be integrated as component systems into the manufacturing concept to solve complex applications. As a result, nothing can prevent the manufacture of longer and more voluminous parts. The powerful two-point eccentric press for longer cutting tools installed alongside the work plate and the large cen- ter aperture in the work plate also guarantee the flexible integration of central mandrel movements. The open design and construction of the GRM 80P and the free access resulting from this ease the installation, adjustment and maintenance of tools and thus increase the machineҒs availability.
