The sharpening machine X75 has been manufactured from stainless steel sheet. Thanks to its robustness and 800W installed power, it is the perfect equipment for professional sharpening workshops and knife maintenance in food industry. The variable speed drive, with IP66 protection (option), enables to adjust not only the sharpening speed but also the polishing speed.
