OverviewThis document provides technical specifications and details for vertical immersed pumps, specifically multistage
high-pressure pumps and low-pressure pumps, designed for various applications including clean and waste water handling.
Specifications- Multistage High-Pressure Pump: Maximum flow rate of 400 m3/h and head of 400 m. Suitable for clean water applications.
- Low-Pressure Pump: Maximum flow rate of 600 m3/h and head of 90 m. Suitable for clean or waste water.
ConstructionThe pumps are constructed using hydraulic elements from horizontal
centrifugal pumps. They are mounted on a tank with a supporting plate that can be gas-tight and conform to various standards (DIN, ANSI). The pump's driver and shaft seal are positioned above the tank, while the pump part is immersed in the medium.
Types and Applications- Types NMVN and GVN: Multistage centrifugal pumps for clean water delivery in applications like water supply, boiler feeding, and cooling. Available as barrel-type pumps per API 610.
- Types SVN and SKVN: End suction volute casing pumps for clean or waste water in low-pressure applications.
Materials and CustomizationPumps can be made from materials like cast iron, cast steel, or cast stainless steel, with special materials available on request. Custom constructions are available based on customer requirements.
Shaft Seal and LubricationShaft seals can be gland packing or mechanical, depending on the medium. Lubrication options include friction bearings with the pumping medium, grease, or fresh water.
Performance and ContactThe performance parameters depend on factors like pump construction and operating speed. For specific requirements, customers are encouraged to contact OSNA-Pumpen GmbH for a tailored quotation.
