- Three-Ply Parquet: The core is loaded onto the vacuum-operated feeder, glued on both sides, and placed on the base support. Noble wood strips are then positioned on the core to create the third ply.
The theoretical output with three presses is approximately 3000 m2 of support per shift for two-ply parquet and 2000 m2 for three-ply parquet. Maximum output is achieved with three presses balancing the composition and pressing times.
The plant features a control board with a keyboard for programming and monitoring the production line. Customization options for automatic and semi-automatic plants are available upon request.
