The Orizio JSVE is a single knit circular knitting machine designed for producing terry jacquard fabrics with electronic sinker selection. It features a traditional Orizio modular frame with enhanced functionality and aesthetics, including a new integrated control panel. Key functionalities include diagnostic indications, pattern-based speed limitation, piezo-ceramic actuator conduction for sinker selection, USB connectivity for quick drawing uploads and software updates, and built-in Ethernet (LAN) network connectivity for production data acquisition.
The JSVE machine is available in two versions: a standard version with single height sinkers for one height loop production, and a version with double height sinkers for high and low loop production. Both versions allow knitting without changes or movements, offering flexibility in fabric design.
The machine can produce terry fabrics with large patterns, single or multiple colors, and relief effects in jersey areas, as well as areas with low and high loops.
Includes Memminger-Iro feeding units, Orizio “Oritec” electronic control system, motorized feeding units, inverter action for speed optimization, automatic lubrication, and a cleaning system using compressed air and fans. It also features a mechanical take-down system for consistent fabric tension and electronic sinker selection actuators.
Options include various creel configurations, a sinker kit for double height loop terry production, and software for network-connected machines. The machine also allows for ground yarn stitch length adjustment via micrometric screws.
The machine is available in diameters of 26”, 30”, 34”, and 38” with gauges ranging from 16 to 22. Maximum speeds range from 44 to 58 RPM, with motor power at 6.3 kW. The net weight varies from 2350 kg to 2950 kg, depending on the model.

JSVE machine can be two versions, the first one (standard) equipped with one height sinkers (for the production of one height loop) electronically selected on two ways technique gives the possibility to knit the same feed, without any change or movement loops or just plain jersey. The second version with double height sinkers, electronically selected on three ways technique gives the possibility to knit at the same feed, without any change or movements high loops, low loops, or just plain jersey. Sinkers selection obtained by means of patented piezo-ceramic actuators (one at each feed, with 8 levels).
