The JSV4 is a single knit 4 cam tracks machine designed for producing plain and reverse plated terry fabrics. It features a traditional Orizio modular frame with enhanced functionality and aesthetics, equipped with the new "Oritec" control panel. This panel offers diagnostic indications, warning signal visualization, and preparation for yarn/fabric measuring and fabric scanning. The machine supports 1.5 feeds per diametrical inch, ensuring high-quality and uniform knitted fabrics through closed needle cam tracks and ceramic yarn guides suitable for elastomeric yarns. The cylinder needle cam boxes can accommodate up to 4 cam tracks, allowing for diverse fabric structures such as piqué, mock interlock, and two-thread fleece.

The JSV4 comes with built-in preparation for Ethernet (LAN) network connection and production data acquisition, with data recorded for 30 days. It includes a USB connection for file updates. Optional accessories include an elastomer kit, reverse plating kit, plated terry kit, conversion kits for double loop terry fabrics, and single jersey and basic stitches. Additional features include a dust/sludge extractor, various creel options, and an open-width frame for fabrics without side creases.
