The JOGA single knit machine by Orizio is designed for producing basic four camtracks stitch structures. It features a traditional modular frame enhanced with the new 'Oritec' control panel, offering advanced functionalities such as diagnostic indications, visualisation of stops and alarms, and production data recording for 30 days. The machine supports USB connections for quick software updates and is equipped with 1.2 feeds per diametric inch, allowing for a variety of stitch types including jersey, plated jersey, fleece, piqué, and jacquards. It also includes built-in preparations for Ethernet network connections and fabric scanning.
The standard equipment includes an electronic control system, an electronic drive system with an inverter, and storage-type positive feeding units. The JOGA machine includes a management software for network-connected machines, a yarn measuring device, and a cleaning system for needles, sinkers, and yarn passages using compressed air and fans. It also supports modular side creels and a creel with an automatic yarn air threading device.
