The JB4E is a single knit circular knitting machine designed for creating single jersey basic stitch structures with up to four colors. It features a traditional Orizio modular frame enhanced with the new 'Oritec' control panel, which offers advanced functionalities such as diagnostic indications, yarn-fabric measuring, fabric scanning, and production data recording for the last 30 days. The machine supports automatic shift changes and feed-by-feed display visualization for threading.
The machine can knit up to four cam tracks using a three-way technique at each feed, with a capacity of 1.5 feeds per diametrical inch, equating to 44 operating feeds on a 30” diameter. This allows for a wide range of stitch adjustments and fabric weight versatility. Stripe patterns can be programmed via design software, which also allows for data storage on a USB device. The machine is prepared for Ethernet (LAN) network connection and production data acquisition, with a USB connection for software updates.
Standard Equipment and Optional Accessories:

Optional accessories include an elastomeric yarns kit, cams for 3:1 fleece production, plain terry sinkers, and various creel types. Additional features include a centralised stitch adjustment, automatic lubricator for needles and sinkers, and a yarn measuring device for striped jersey. The machine can be equipped with a four-color electronically programmable striper unit and a centralised automatic striper unit riser for quick replacement.
