The Orizio FIHN/C is a single knit machine designed for producing three-end fleece fabric with up to 4 cam tracks. It features a renovated modular frame with enhanced functionality, robustness, and aesthetics. The machine is equipped with the 'Oritec' control panel, offering diagnostic warning signals, production data recording for 30 days, and USB connectivity for software updates. It operates at 3.0 feeds per diametrical inch and can be converted to knit various fabric structures using an optional conversion kit. The machine also supports Ethernet (LAN) connectivity for production data acquisition.
The standard configuration includes 3 cam tracks suitable for three-end fleece production. It features an electronic drive system with an inverter, storage-type positive feeding units, micrometrical and centralised stitch adjustments, ceramic anti-wear antistatic yarn carriers, and an automatic lubrication system for needles and sinkers. A cleaning system using compressed air and fans is also included.
Optional accessories include an elastomer kit, plated three-thread fleece kit, plated terry kit (JSV4), conversion kit to single jersey and basic stitches, dust and sludge extractor, various creel options, fabric scanner, and high or super high frame for rolls up to one meter in diameter.
The machine is available in various diameters (23" to 34") with corresponding gauges and RPMs. It features a peripheral speed of 1.00 mt./sec., motor power of 11 to 17 kW, and net weights ranging from 1860 kg to 1980 kg, depending on the diameter. The gross weight in a wooden case ranges from 2340 kg to 2480 kg.
The machine includes a yarn measuring device (LFA), modular side creels, double-tie, fully-tubed, and a cylinder prepared to receive up to 4 cam tracks. It also offers a management interface software for network-connected machines.
