CO5N 8 locks Inter-rib Double knit circular knitting machine for the production of basic stitch structure and interlock on 4+2 camtracks Traditional Orizio modular frame renovated in its functionality, robustness and aesthetics, with the new “Oritec” control panel which allows the fruition of new technologies and completes the machine’s control with the following functions: Diagnostic warning signals. Production data recorded and memorized. Usb connection for quick software update. Built-in preparation for connection to the ethernet (LAN) network and production data acquisition. Main features: 2.4 feeds per diametrical inch machine. The cams profile together with the selection system are designed to give the best conditions in order to achieve a prefect stitch formation even at machine maximum speed, this results in energy saving and consequent reduction of wear on all the machine’s components. Obtainable fabrics: The CO5N machine is designed for the production of Inter-rib and basic stitches. The machine’s textile potentialities are numberless and such to allow the possibility of knitting all the Inter-rib base stitches.
